Today is our first Mindful Moment of the year. When you hear the music following 2nd Nutrition Break, remember to take a Mindful Moment. Take a few deep breaths, simply breathing in through the nose and breathing out through the mouth. Try now, taking 3 deep breaths in and out.
Taking a few moments for ourselves is a great way to bring some relaxation and calmness into our day. Enjoy your Mindful Moment!
