Our first Mindful Moment is coming up this
Friday! To help you prepare, try this
activity.
Close your eyes. Take a deep breath in while counting to 3. Slowly release the breath while counting to 3.
Repeat this 3 times in a row.
How do you feel? Taking a moment to stop and breathe can help
us to relax and create calmness in our minds.
