Mindful Moment


Our second Mindful Moment is happening today!
​As with last week, as you are listening to the music, take a deep breath in, count to three and exhale. 
Repeat this 3 times.  
Try this now.  Breathe in through your nose.  Pause.  Breathe out through your mouth. 
How do you feel?  
Taking a moment each day is a great way to relax and refocus.
