Mindful Moment

Hey Eldorado!  Our Mindful Moment is coming up again tomorrow. To get us prepared, here is a short video to help you practice your mindful breathing.  ​It is all about belly breathing.  This is how you do it:  Take a deep breath in, filling your belly with air.  Then slowly release your breath.  Repeat 3 times.
