Mindful Moment

Happy Friday!  It is time again for our Mindful Moment.  Take the time today to sit with your breathe, imagining your lungs filling with air and then releasing it slowly.  Feel the air go in through your nose, and back out.  Be present in your breathing.  Taking this time can make a huge difference in your day.  Enjoy your Mindful Moment and have a wonderful weekend!
