Band Forms Due - Friday, June 14th

This reminder is for Grade 5 Students interested in signing up for Band next year. You must fill out the Online Registration Form using the link below by Friday, June 14th to choose your instrument:

If you plan to rent an instrument, please return the Rental Agreement Form to your music teacher by Friday, June 14th with payment info. (Leave the instrument section blank at the top of the form.)
